What are the safety requirements for cranes?
The crane is a commonly used lifting device in the clean room environment. However, we must use the crane as required to ensure that the crane can operate safely. So what are the safety requirements for cranes?
1. Do not operate the double girder crane without the employment permit and drinking.
2. Make sure that the crane is clean and tidy, and that flammable materials, equipment, dangerous goods, tools and explosives cannot be placed at random.
3. The signage of the crane's rated lifting capacity should be hung in an obvious place.
4. When the crane is in operation, the bridge cannot be used to stand or use a hook to transport people.
5. Operators must concentrate on the crane, not smoking, talking or doing irrelevant things.
